Cancellation / Refund Policy:
All deposits are non-refundable. Failure to make a scheduled payment will result in forfeiture of your spot.
Trip Conditions:
Lovely Outdoor Company will provide all food, lodging, stock, equipment and supplies. Guests need to provide personal clothing, rain gear, and sleeping bag.
Travel Insurance:
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance. The Host is not responsible for losses related to cancellations, medical issues, or travel interruptions.
Host Cancellation / Force Majeure:
If the retreat is canceled by the Host due to unforeseen circumstances, Guests will receive either a full refund of all payments made or the option to transfer payments to a future retreat.
